Baptist Health’s Emergency Departments are open and providing care for all types of emergency conditions.
Please do not delay appropriate visits to the ER due to fear of exposure to COVID-19. Delay of care could result in poorer overall health outcomes and even life-threatening situations. We assure you that we are treating all patients in a safe and appropriate environment, following all guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Baptist Health has established a hotline for residents to call in with their concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-888-BAPTIST, and is staffed by nurses to help residents better understand their conditions and receive direction on next steps for care should they be concerned about exposure to COVID-19.
About Baptist Health-Conway Emergency Department
Medical emergencies can happen when you least expect it. When they do, you could find yourself or a loved one needing to visit the closest ER. At Baptist Health-Conway, our 24/7 emergency department is staffed with specialists who will care for you through any medical emergency. The Conway Emergency Department is a Level IV trauma center, which means it has demonstrated the ability to provide advanced trauma life support (ATLS) prior to the transfer of patients to a higher-level trauma center. The staff is able to provide evaluation, stabilization, and diagnostic capabilities for injured patients.
