To express a grievance or concern about the quality of care that has not been fully addressed by your care team, you may contact a patient advocate without fear of reprisal. Your concern will be addressed in a timely manner and communicated with hospital leadership.

If you are currently an in-patient in one of our facilities and need assistance, in order to meet your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible, please express to your nurse that you would like to speak to the Nursing Unit Manager or Shift Supervisor as they would be best suited to address your concerns.
