To assist residents in western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma, Baptist Health has established a free hotline to address questions surrounding the coronavirus. The number is (479) 289-6508 and is staffed by nurses from Baptist Health affiliated clinics from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is aimed at helping residents better understand conditions from the comfort of their homes and receive direction on the next steps for care.

Visiting Hours

Main entrance open from 7am – 7pm.

After 7 pm, enter through emergency department.

If you are visiting a patient at Baptist Health-Van Buren, please check-in at the information desk. One of our volunteers will be happy to assist you.

Our patients need to get adequate rest, so please encourage loved ones to limit their visits. Children may visit only if supervised by an adult at all times.

Parking Information

Parking for visitors is conveniently located in lots near the hospital’s Main Entrance.


Breakfast 8:00-8:30 am. Lunch 11:00am-1:00pm. Closed Saturday & Sunday
