Crisp autumn air makes comfort food almost irresistible. Spaghetti squash

Rich in vitamin C, potassium and fiber spaghetti squash can aid in preventing inflammation and boosting brain function. The noodle-like vegetable can be used as a pasta replacement and is best paired with your favorite sauce.

Sweet Potato
