Martin Lee Siems, MD

Dr. Siems says that from an early age he always wanted to be a doctor because of the opportunity to work with and help people. He decided on orthopedics as his specialty and his interests are in cartilage transplant surgery, sports medicine, pediatric orthopedics and general orthopedics. He joined OrthoArkansas in 1999.

A native of Little Rock, Dr. Siems attended the University of Arkansas, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in zoology. Following his graduation, he enrolled at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and received his Doctor of Medicine degree. His medical training includes an internship and an orthopedic residency at UAMS.

Dr. Siems is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and he practices at OrthoArkansas’ North Little Rock office. Dr. Siems is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, Arkansas State Medical Association and Southern Medical Association. He is also now performing MAKO Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery. Learn more about the innovative robotic system.

Dr. Siems and his wife, Christa, have two children. He likes to spend time with his family, hunt, fish and fly model airplanes.
