Dr. Adjei is a board-certified cardiologist with a specialization in interventional cardiology. His passion for heart health and love for his friends and patients know no bounds.
Dr. Adjei and his family have been a part of the Fort Smith community for more than 20 years. In addition to providing life-saving care to thousands of patients from eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas, his efforts to save lives extend outside the walls of his clinic and hospital. Programs like these ensure cardiovascular disease and stroke patients at Baptist Health-Fort Smith receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines based on the latest scientific evidence. His leadership and guidance is instrumental in making Baptist Health-Fort Smith a Joint Commission accredited Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center.
Dr. Adjei has also garnered many awards on his own. In 2015, he received the Leadership Fort Smith Alumni Association’s Healthcare Community Leadership Award. He was also the recipient of the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Healthcare Award.
