What does “care” mean to you?

We recently started airing our new commercials and they are pretty different from what we’ve done in the past. We’re highlighting Baptist Health’s ranking as the #1 choice for best overall quality care. This is a distinction we’ve received from the National Research Corporation for the last 14 years. Arkansans have voted us best hospital for the last 12 years as well. That’s important to us. We want to make sure we continue to provide the quality healthcare you’ve come to expect.

What we’ve done is break down what care can mean to some of us when it comes to our health. Let’s face it, unless you are celebrating the birth of a baby, no one really wants to be in a hospital. So when you are here, how you’re treated makes a difference in your experience.

Our mission as caregivers is “to provide quality patient-centered services … with Christian compassion and personal concern … ” We care.

We try to demonstrate that in 30 seconds by defining care:

  • Care means compassion: Our nursing staff is consistently ranked as providing the highest quality care.
  • Care means comprehensiveness: Our patients benefit from 50 different specialties and the physicians that deliver this specialty care are among the best in the region.
  • Care means technology: We were first in the region to introduce the da Vinci Surgical System for adults and eICU Care. We’ve long understood that technology makes us better caregivers.
  • Finally, care means quality: According to the National Research Corporation, Baptist Health is the #1 choice for best overall quality care and is the most preferred healthcare provider in the market.

So check out our commercials and let me know what you think.
