A Comprehensive Team
In addition to our heart failure specialists, our clinical operations team includes six Heart Failure Coordinator RNs, four LVAD Coordinator RNs and three Heart Transplant Coordinator RNs. These nurses get to know our patients personally and are available by phone during business hours. Additionally, one of our LVAD Coordinator RNs and one of our Transplant Coordinators are always on call to respond to the needs of these unique patient populations.
Complimenting the staff nurses, our clinic also houses a dedicated pharmacist, licensed social worker, staff dietician and an insurance specialist. Together, this team brings a full array of services for our patients.
