Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, their pets, and traveling to visit extended family and friends. She and her husband enjoy the fellowship and community involvement in attending church and they are looking forward to finding a church family in Fort Smith.
As a highly dedicated, compassionate provider, I believe practicing as an midwife will create opportunities to better serve women, mothers, and girls throughout their lifetime. I believe the intersection of my faith and passion for compassionate, person-centered care uniquely equips me to not only care for but also advocate for my patients. Everyone, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation deserves access to reliable, safe, comprehensive care. Patients deserve to feel safe and included in their care environment. Each person brings a unique story and set of experiences to every encounter during care. As a provider, I will continuously seek to honor that history and acknowledge each patient’s individual lived experience. There is no “one size fits all” approach and I will strive to always adapt to new and creative evidence-based care.
