Dr. PB Simpson has been in practice for more than 40 years. He went to medical school at the University of Mississippi and is board certified in neurosurgery.

He has a conservative practice philosophy. He believes surgery should only be an option if the benefits outweigh the risks.

In his personal time, Dr. Simpson enjoys time with his children and grandchildren.
