LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Focused on helping Arkansans lead healthy and happy lives, Baptist Health Community Outreach will offer a variety of free virtual education classes this month.

- Summertime Food Safety on Tuesday, July 6, from noon to 12:30 p.m.
- Cooking with Community Outreach on Thursday, July 15, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Healthy Summer Snacks for Kids on Tuesday, July 20, from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
- Interventions During Labor on Thursday, July 29, from noon to 1 p.m.
- Diabetes Support Group on Thursday, July 29, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
