Baptist Health Urgent Care Now Open in Beebe

BEEBE, Ark. – Baptist Health Urgent Care, opened today at 2069 W. Center St., next to AT&T.

“We look forward to serving the Beebe community with affordable, quality walk-in urgent care, delivered by an exceptional and compassionate team,” said Mike Dupuis, Urgent Team Division Vice President.

The center is open seven days a week and offers evening hours Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are welcome or for added convenience, plan a same- or next-day visit with Hold My Spot®, or with Telemedicine, you can see a provider in the comfort of your home.

Baptist Health Urgent Care-Beebe can help treat a variety of non-life-threatening health conditions and injuries, including:

 

• Asthma and allergies • Ear and eye injuries
• Flu, colds, viral illnesses and COVID-19 testing • Skin conditions, including burns

Leading the health care team are nurse practitioners Jennifer Burkett and Corey Dorman. Burkett has worked for Baptist Health Urgent Care since 2015 and will transfer from the center in Lonoke. She earned a Master of Science in Rural Nursing from University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Dorman graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.  His most recent experience was at the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute, caring for patients with emergent and non-emergent brain injuries.

Baptist Health Urgent Care-Beebe is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Most insurance plans, TRICARE and VA, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as cash and credit cards, are accepted.
