BRYANT, Ark. – Baptist Health invites the community to an open house for Baptist Health Urgent Care-Bryant — its latest investment in providing care for central Arkansas residents. Guests are welcome to drop by between 3 and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19, to meet the staff and tour the facility. Baptist Health Urgent Care-Bryant is located at 3304 Commonwealth Drive in Bryant. Refreshments will be served.
“Providing expanded access to services for urgent but not emergent patient needs is one way we’re achieving our strategic focuses for the communities we serve,” said Troy Wells, president and CEO of Baptist Health.
Baptist Health partnered with Urgent Team, of Nashville, TN, — one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the southeast.
“We’re honored to partner with such a highly respected healthcare organization. Our goal is to meet the growing patient expectation for quality care delivered in a convenient location at an affordable price,” said Tom Dent, CEO of Urgent Team.
The new urgent care center will provide convenient, unscheduled access to care as well as support Baptist Health physicians who seek to provide an after-hours option to their patients. Urgent care is also a quicker and less expensive way to get care for pain or conditions that are nonlife-threatening instead of going to an emergency room.
No appointment is needed and patients are seen on a walk-in-basis at Baptist Health Urgent Care-Bryant. Patients can be seen for a variety of medical needs such as:
•Asthma
•Bites, Stings and Allergic Reactions
•Diarrhea, Nausea and Vomiting
•Ear and Eye Infections
•Flu, Colds and Viral Illnesses
•Injuries
•Physicals
•Skin Conditions
•Sprains, Strains and Broken Bones
•Urinary Tract Infections
Baptist Health Urgent Care-Bryant is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 to 6 p.m. Baptist Health also operates a Baptist Health Urgent Care in North Little Rock.
