Baptist Health Family Clinic-Hazen To Hold Community Open House

HAZEN, Ark. – In honor of its newest provider, Dr. Stephanie Patyk, as well as the clinic’s new location, Baptist Health Family Clinic-Hazen, an affiliate of Baptist Health Medical Center-Stuttgart, is hosting a community-wide drop-in open house on Tuesday, Oct. 4, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Patyk, a graduate of A.T. Still University-Kirkville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirkville, Missouri, completed her family medicine residency in June at Oklahoma State University-McAlester Family Medicine. She will be joining Paula Hooks, APRN, and Dr. Seth Kleinbeck at BHFC-Hazen. Patyk will see patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays beginning Oct. 10.

During the transition from the old location to the new location, patients will be seen up until noon on Oct. 4 at 151 South Livermore. After the open house, the new location will open the following Monday, Oct. 10.

The newly relocated BHFC-Hazen can be found at 102 Front Street and still offers a wide range of comprehensive medical care for the family including dermatological procedures, immunizations, laboratory testing, pediatric care, preventive health and management of acute and chronic illnesses. The clinic will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached by calling 870-255-3954.
