Baptist Health Family Clinic-Conway West Opens For Patients

CONWAY, Ark. – Today marks the grand opening of the newest addition to the Baptist Health healthcare system – Baptist Health Family Clinic-Conway West – which is providing family care for patients from Conway and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Michael Carson is the primary care provider. A former Conway resident, Carson received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and his doctorate of medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his family medicine residency at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, and is board certified in family medicine.

BHFC-Conway West offers a wide range of comprehensive family medical care. Services include basic laboratory testing, routine and complex exams, adolescent health management, geriatric health management, Coumadin management, diabetic care and management, allergy shots, minor lacerations, dermatological procedures, school physicals and women’s health management which includes pap smears. The clinic can also refer patients for specialty appointments.

BHFC-Conway West is temporarily located at 605 United Drive behind Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway until the new office at 625 United Drive is completed in late spring 2017. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached by calling 501-358-6720.
