CABOT, Ark. – Dr. Joseph Reardon has joined Baptist Health Family Clinic-Cabot (BHFC-Cabot) as one of four providers to help serve the healthcare needs of Cabot residents as well as of those in the surrounding communities.
An Arkansas native, Reardon attended Notre Dame, where he joined the Army ROTC program, and upon graduation was a commissioned officer in the United States Army. His active duty obligation was deferred while he completed his medical training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. After graduating medical school, Reardon simultaneously began his active duty service and his Family Medicine residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Upon finishing his residency and earning his board certification, Dr. Reardon served at a military clinic for two years and then as a special forces’ surgeon for the next six years during which he completed four combat tours in Afghanistan.
In 2009, Dr. Reardon resigned his commission to return to Arkansas with his wife and three children. For the past four years he has worked as a family physician at ARCare-Searcy and is excited about his new position at BHFC-Cabot.
