Baptist Health Community Outreach Hosting Free Four-Week, Family-Friendly Cooking Course in Malvern

MALVERN, Ark. – Starting March 4, Baptist Health Community Outreach will hold a free four-week course for parents focused on sharing healthy eating tips and tools for their families.

Classes will be on Saturdays in March from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Bethel AME Church, 1220 Carmichael St. in Malvern.

In each class, participants will prepare an easy and delicious kid-friendly recipe. Participants will go home with a fresh bag of groceries to try the recipe at home, and those who complete the program will receive a special healthy lifestyle prize.
