SHERWOOD, Ark. – Baptist Health Community Outreach is holding a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic Thursday, April 22, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church, 9921 AR-107, for Arkansans 16 years of age or older.
Participants will be receiving the first of two doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and must pre-register by calling (501) 202-1540. A second-dose clinic is scheduled at the same location Thursday, May 13, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Supply is limited. Please bring a photo ID.
For patients under 18 years of age, please bring a photo ID or some form of identification/documentation that includes the patient’s name and date of birth. A parent must be present and sign consent for minors to receive vaccination.
