Baptist Health Announces Construction Of New Medical Office Building In Conway

CONWAY, Ark. –Baptist Health announces the construction of a new medical office building to be built on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway. The new medical office building will be located at 625 United Drive behind the hospital.

The contractor for this construction project will be CDI and the architect will be Lewis Architects Engineers. The $15 million, four-story medical office building will be approximately 75,000 square feet and will provide office space to physicians desiring to have a location on the Baptist Health campus in Conway.

“I’m so proud of the team of caregivers we’ve put together so far here in Conway, and I’m excited to start construction on the new medical office building, which is the next phase of providing services to the Conway community,” said Joanie White-Wagoner, vice president and administrator of Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway.

The medical office building is expected to be complete by June 2017.
