Ouachita Valley Family Clinic-A Baptist Health Affiliate is a large clinic that strives to offer amazing care to our patients. We have five mid-level providers to see patients along with our physicians and we encourage patients to utilize our patient portal (MyChart) for easy communication.
Patients are greeted by our front desk receptionists who work to make the check-in process quick and easy. We have a comfortable reception area and waiting rooms with TVs which show updated health information. Our two schedulers assist with follow-up appointments when the patient checks out.
We are a full-service clinic with staff willing and able to help every step of the way. Our care coordinators work closely with the providers to offer the best care possible for our patients. We have excellent nursing staff and scribes. The business office is always ready to help with insurance or other questions, and the switchboard operators are friendly and helpful.
Our clinic offers lab and x-ray services and has several specialists who hold satellite clinics in our building. We are conveniently located on Cash Road between Garden Oaks Shopping Center and the new Ouachita County/Camden public library.
