Baptist Health’s mission is to provide quality patient-centered services and health education and respond to the changing health needs of our state. Our top priority, as always, is protecting the health and safety of our patients and providers.
Baptist Health’s family clinics are open and offering several options for care, from telehealth visits over the phone or virtual visits using video with our primary care providers to in-person visits if necessary for your health care needs.
Please call your clinic to schedule an appointment, whether virtual or in-person, for basic acute care needs, medication refills and more. The clinic can also help with any questions you may have about the process, including how to access a virtual appointment.
All patients whose visit is scheduled as an in-person visit at a clinic will be pre-screened for COVID-19 signs, symptoms and exposure.

Drive-thru COVID-19 Screening Location
Ouachita Valley Family Clinic-A Baptist Health Affiliate has a COVID-19 Acute Care Clinic. This Acute Care Clinic is an extension of the main Clinic and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Those who have symptoms relating to COVID-19 and wish to be seen or those who only wish to have a COVID-19 test are required to call our office at (870) 836-8101 for more information.

Baptist Health has established a hotline for residents to call in with their concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-888-BAPTIST, and is staffed by nurses to help residents better understand their conditions and receive direction on next steps for care should they be concerned about exposure to COVID-19.

Ouachita Valley Family Clinic-A Baptist Health Affiliate is a large clinic that strives to offer amazing care to our patients. We have four mid-level providers to see patients along with our physicians. We offer a Saturday morning clinic for acute care and encourage patients to utilize our patient portal (MyChart) for easy communication.
Patients are greeted by our front desk receptionists who work to make the check-in process quick and easy. We have a comfortable reception area and waiting rooms with TVs which show updated health information. Our four schedulers assist with follow up appointments when the patient checks out.
We are a full-service clinic with staff willing and able to help every step of the way. Our care coordinators work closely with the providers to offer the best care possible for our patients. We have two behavioral health specialists onsite, and excellent nursing staff and scribes. The business office is always ready to help with insurance or other questions, and the switchboard operators are friendly and helpful.
Our clinic offers lab and x-ray services and has several specialists who hold satellite clinics in our building. We are conveniently located on Cash Road between Garden Oaks Shopping Center and the new Ouachita County/Camden public library.
