At the Nutrition Counseling Center at Baptist Health-Fort Smith, our goal is to help patients learn to incorporate their favorite foods while still reaching their specific health goals. Our dietitians provide one-on-one counseling to create an individualized health plan for your patient. Most of our services are covered in full by insurance or we can offer a flat rate of $50 at time of service for non-covered patients.
Diabetes

- Topics include: Using insulin safely and effectively, Meal planning & label reading, Monitoring and interpreting blood sugar, Behavior change strategies, Avoiding acute and chronic complications.

- Management of potassium and phosphorus intake as needed
