Baptist Health’s mission is to provide quality patient-centered services and health education and respond to the changing health needs of our state. Our top priority, as always, is protecting the health and safety of our patients and providers.
Baptist Health’s family clinics are open and offering several options for care, from telehealth visits over the phone or virtual visits using video with our primary care providers to in-person visits if necessary for your health care needs.
Please call your clinic to schedule an appointment, whether virtual or in-person, for basic acute care needs, medication refills and more. The clinic can also help with any questions you may have about the process, including how to access a virtual appointment.
All patients whose visit is scheduled as an in-person visit at a clinic will be pre-screened for COVID-19 signs, symptoms and exposure.

Drive-thru COVID-19 Screening Location
Baptist Health-Little Rock has set up an Emergency Department extension triage station in the Medical Towers II parking deck.
It is operating from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Baptist Health has established a hotline for residents to call in with their concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-888-BAPTIST, and is staffed by nurses to help residents better understand their conditions and receive direction on next steps for care should they be concerned about exposure to COVID-19.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly member of our staff. Your information will be verified and any updates made, if necessary. Once you have checked in, enjoy our relaxing and comfortable waiting area prior to your appointment. Our guests are welcome to a complimentary coffee and tea bar.
A staff member will assist you in signing up for our patient portal during your visit. You may utilize the patient portal to schedule appointments, obtain lab results, and request medication refills. Ask a member of our staff about signing up for MyChart. (A link to the portal is also below.)
We offer a host of services in our facility including behavioral health services, allergy testing and treatment, care coordinators, and a dietitian.
We are located on the second floor of the Icehouse Revival Building in the historic Hillcrest area. For easier access to our clinic, parking is available behind the building off of Walnut Street.
New patients, including Medicare patients, are happily being accepted and for added convenience, same-day appointments are available!
