COVID-19 (coronavirus) Information for Your Area

Baptist Health’s mission is to provide quality patient-centered services and health education and respond to the changing health needs of our state. Our top priority, as always, is protecting the health and safety of our patients and providers.

Baptist Health’s family clinics are open and offering several options for care, from telehealth visits over the phone or virtual visits using video with our primary care providers to in-person visits if necessary for your health care needs.

Please call your clinic to schedule an appointment, whether virtual or in-person, for basic acute care needs, medication refills and more. The clinic can also help with any questions you may have about the process, including how to access a virtual appointment.

All patients whose visit is scheduled as an in-person visit at a clinic will be pre-screened for COVID-19 signs, symptoms and exposure.

Hotline

To assist residents in western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma, Baptist Health has established a free hotline to address questions surrounding the coronavirus. The number is (479) 709-6845 and is staffed by nurses from Baptist Health affiliated clinics from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is aimed at helping residents better understand conditions from the comfort of their homes and receive direction on the next steps for care.

Baptist Health Family Clinic-Greenwood offers a wide range of medical services for the entire family, serving the healthcare needs of Greenwood and surrounding communities. We are conveniently located on West Center Street. Walk-ins are welcome.

Our providers care for all ages – from preventive health, including physicals and immunizations to the management of acute and chronic illnesses.

Our patients are greeted as they walk in by our friendly front office staff who assists in getting the patient checked in, including updating any patient information. They are then seated comfortably in the waiting room. For our patients’ comfort, water, reading material, and educational television is provided. Once a room is available the clinical staff will prepare the patient to see the provider by gathering necessary labs and pre-visit screenings. Once seated comfortably in an exam room, the patient will be visited by the provider to discuss health concerns. Once the visit is completed the patient will check out with the front desk who will assist in scheduling any follow up visits.
