Baptist Health Fitness Center-Little Rock
As the fifth largest employer in Arkansas, investing in the health of our employees makes an impact on the health of our state, which is why we offer all our providers, staff and corporate affiliates a membership to our Little Rock fitness center. Located on the ground floor of Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute (BHRI) on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock, the fitness center features a range of weight machines, free weights and aerobics classes. Members can also receive guidance on their fitness journey through our Exercise Prescription Program, where one of our expert trainers will evaluate your current fitness level, talk with you about your goals and create a workout plan to help you get there.
If you would like more information about the Baptist Health Fitness Center or make an appointment for your Exercise Prescription, call (501) 202-7628.
