Baptist Health Fitness Center-Little Rock

As the fifth largest employer in Arkansas, investing in the health of our employees makes an impact on the health of our state, which is why we offer all our providers, staff and corporate affiliates a membership to our Little Rock fitness center. Located on the ground floor of Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute (BHRI) on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock, the fitness center features a range of weight machines, free weights, aerobics classes and a swimming pool. Members can also receive guidance on their fitness journey through our Exercise Prescription Program, where one of our expert trainers will evaluate your current fitness level, talk with you about your goals and create a workout plan to help you get there. We also provide the Silver and Fit program to those that are eligible.

Strong by Zumba
Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to energizing music.

Zumba (Circuit/Bootcamp Style)
Boot camp-style Zumba uses the hip-hop music and dance moves of traditional Zumba in circuit training format. The class can range from low impact to high intensity depending on participants.

Zumba
Zumba combines light weight training with the popular Zumba dance mix. With upbeat music and exhilarating dance moves, this class will get your blood pumping.
