Dr. Rudhir Tandon is a triple-board certified cardiology expert with more than 10 years of experience in the management of atherosclerotic arterial disease, advanced heart failure, heart valve problems, cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, stroke, and congenital heart defects in adults.
He also manages critically ill cardiac patients requiring maximal cardiopulmonary support in the ICU and cardiovascular emergencies such as acute myocardial infarction (heart attack), sudden cardiac arrest, severe heart failure with cardiogenic shock, pericardial tamponade and life-threatening arrhythmias including Ventricular tachycardia/Ventricular fibrillation and advanced heart blocks. He holds expertise in high-risk PCI with Impella, percutaneous closure of PFO/ASD, watchman device, mechanical thrombectomy/catheter directed thrombolysis for DVT/pulmonary embolism, Iliac vein stenting for arterial compression syndrome, IVC filter; structural procedures such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement and mitraclip; as well as management of end stage heart failure.

When not treating his patients, Dr. Tandon loves to travel with his wife Anamika and their little boy Amae, exploring new destinations across US and internationally. Dr. Tandon also enjoys watching and playing tennis, cricket and soccer in addition to experimenting with new cuisines when home with family.
