LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Baptist Health Gastroenterology Clinic in Little Rock recently welcomed gastroenterologist Preksha Vankawala, MD.
Dr. Vankawala, a native of Cedar Hill, Texas, earned her medical education from the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine.
She completed residency training in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami as well as an advanced endoscopy fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas.
“My practice philosophy is to provide the best care possible in the safest yet most effective manner available,” Dr. Vankawala said. “I strive to have clear communication with my patients so that they feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive.”
Dr. Vankawala is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
