Mina Michael, MD, Joins Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Conway

CONWAY, Ark. – Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Conway recently welcomed internal medicine physician .

Dr. Michael earned an M.B.B.CH in Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University in Egypt. He completed residency training at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

“My practice philosophy centers on compassionate, patient-centered care that emphasizes dignity, function, and long-term wellness,” Dr. Michael said. “I see every patient as a whole person, not just a diagnosis, and I believe that healing involves both the body and the mind. My role in rehab is to support recovery through careful medical management, prevention of complications, and coordination with therapy teams.” 

Dr. Michael previously served as medical director of inpatient rehabilitation at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville.
