Join Baptist Health Community Outreach For Virtual Diabetes Support Group Sessions

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. –  Diabetes can seem overwhelming because it affects so many areas of daily life. Join Baptist Health Community Outreach in supporting those with diabetes and their caregivers. 

Monthly support groups discuss various diabetes related topics each month facilitated by healthcare professionals. They are held virtually via Google Meet the last Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Below is the schedule:

  • March 28: Mindful Eating
  • April 25: Diabetes and Stroke
  • May 30: Wellness Care
  • June 27: Reducing Risk Factors
  • July 25: Diabetes Monitoring and Technology
  • Aug. 29: Diabetes Facts and Myths
  • Sept. 26: Diabetes and Foot Care
  • Oct. 31: Diabetes During the Holidays
  • Nov. 21: Diabetes and Depression (Change of Thursday due to Thanksgiving)
  • Dec. 26: Diabetes and Stress Management
