BENTON, Ark. – Michael Beard, MD, recently joined Benton Family Clinic-A Baptist Health Affiliate, which offers a wide range of medical services for the entire family.
Dr. Beard, who has 25 years of experience practicing medicine, provides typical family practice services including physicals and office procedures such as simple laceration repair, cryotherapy, EKG, spirometry, biopsy and subcutaneous mass removals.
A native of Magnet Cove, Arkansas, Dr. Beard received his education from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency through the Department of Family & Preventive Medicine. He is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Beard enjoys spending time with his wife of 29 years. His hobbies include steam train engines and fine dining as well as singing baritone at his church, North Bryant Baptist Church.
