Be ‘Merry and Mindful’ With New Program From Baptist Health Community Outreach

Merry and Mindful

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Join Baptist Health Community Outreach for the Merry and Mindful Holiday Wellness Program beginning Monday, Nov. 13 and ending Sunday, Jan. 7, 2024. The eight-week online program will encourage physical and mental wellness over the holiday season.

Each week, Merry and Mindful participants will receive a newsletter with tips, videos and recipes related to staying active, eating well and managing stress.

On Wednesdays, have a weekly check-in meeting over Google Meet to discuss that week’s wellness topic and share any successes or challenges. Participants who join the weekly check in will have a chance to win a wellness door prize.
