Baptist Health Opens New Women’s Clinic in North Little Rock with OB/Gyns Duroy, Stone-Zipse

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – To provide support and care to women during major transitions in their lives – from adolescence to childbearing and then menopause – the Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-North Little Rock opened today. Drs. Jennifer Duroy and Alicia Stone-Zipse are the OB/GYNs for the new medical office located at 3343 Springhill Drive in Suite 3010.

Upon receiving her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Duroy completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Chief Resident.

“Being a physician allows me to build relationships with patients to help guide them through some of life’s major changes,” said Duroy. “I want to be able to support my patients through the best, most up-to-date medical care including the emotional and spiritual aspects of medicine.”

Like Duroy, Stone-Zipse also completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at St. Anthony Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology as a Chief Resident. She earned her medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.

“I strive to provide a holistic approach to care for both the physical and mental well-being of my patients,” said Stone-Zipse. “My desire is that my patients leave my office well-educated regarding their health.”

The women’s clinic provides comprehensive services for females and specializes in obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, menopause, fertility and the evaluation, treatment and management of health issues related to the reproductive system and pelvic region. They also offer in-office procedures like Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP), IUD and Nexplanon Contraceptive Implant Insertion, hysteroscopic management of endometrial polyps, treatment of ovarian cysts and surgery including hysterectomies, myomectomies and endometrial ablation.

The Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-North Little Rock is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
