Baptist Health Names New Administrator for Heber Springs Hospital

HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – Baptist Health has named Kevin L. Storey as the new vice president and administrator for Baptist Health Medical Center-Heber Springs. He will begin serving in this new role effective July 1. Storey will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Baptist Health’s Heber Springs campus.

An Arkansas native, Storey graduated from Mountain View High School and Arkansas State University. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. After serving in progressive roles within Arkansas hospitals for 13 plus years, Storey moved out of state to serve as the CEO for Golden Plains Community Hospital in Borger, Texas. He returned to Arkansas in November 2015 when he became vice president and administrator for Baptist Health Medical Center-Stuttgart. All total Storey has 24 years in healthcare executive management.

Storey will continue to oversee BHMC-Stuttgart as he takes on his new duties in Heber Springs. He will divide his time between the two hospitals.

Storey has been married to Sandra for 27 years. They have a daughter, Kaylee, age 22, a son, Kalynn, age 17, and have raised a niece, Victoria, since age 9, who is now age 32 with children of her own.
