STUTTGART, Ark. – Baptist Health has named Kevin L. Storey as the new vice president and administrator for Baptist Health Medical Center-Stuttgart. He will begin serving in this new role effective Nov. 2. In this position, Storey will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Baptist Health’s Stuttgart campus.
An Arkansas native, Storey graduated from Mountain View High School and Arkansas State University. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. After serving in progressive roles within Arkansas hospitals for 13 plus years, Storey moved out of state to pursue his goal of advancing into the role of hospital CEO. Currently, Storey serves as the CEO for Golden Plains Community Hospital in Borger, Texas and has 21 years in healthcare executive management.
Storey has been married to Sandra for 24 years. They have a daughter, Kaylee, age 19, a son, Kalynn, age 14, and have raised a niece, Victoria, since age 9, who is now age 29 with children of her own.
Storey will be transitioning from his current responsibilities in Texas to his new role in Stuttgart during the month of October. His background skills, extensive experience and leadership will help continue the progress being achieved at BHMC-Stuttgart.
