Baptist Health Family Clinic-Lonoke Welcomes Jake Erwin, MD

LONOKE, Ark. – Jake Erwin, MD, recently joined the team at Baptist Health Family Clinic-Lonoke-A Service of Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock.

Dr. Erwin, a native of Pocahontas, received his medical education from the University of Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lyon College in Batesville. He completed residency training in Family Medicine from the Baptist Health UAMS Graduate Medical Education Program.

“I treat each patient as a whole person, listening carefully and respecting their values and life circumstances,” Dr. Erwin said. “Committed to evidence-based care, I believe patient education is key and work closely with patients to create care plans that fit their unique goals. My goal is to empower patients to take charge of their health in a welcoming and supportive environment. I focus on managing both acute and chronic conditions while encouraging preventive care and overall wellness.”

Dr. Erwin is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Baptist Health Family Clinic-Lonoke connects patients with the quality care they need, for whatever stage of life they’re in. It evaluates and treats patients with a wide variety of acute injuries and illnesses, such as strep throat or minor wounds that require care. The clinic, located at 757 E Front St. in Lonoke, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
