SALLISAW, Okla. – Mark Fowler, MD, an obstetrician and gynecologist with Baptist Health Women’s Clinic-Fort Smith is now seeing patients at a satellite clinic in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
The clinic is located inside Premier Primary Care at 1109 East Cherokee Ave. Patients who live or work in the area and are in need of OB/GYN services can schedule an appointment by calling (479) 709-7490 and specifying where they would like to see the physician. Dr. Fowler is also accepting new patients at his Fort Smith location, and a second satellite location at Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Dr. Fowler earned his degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland in 1996. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed Armed Medical Center National Consortium in 2000. Before coming to Baptist Health-Fort Smith in 2016, Dr. Fowler practiced at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, Arkansas.
Dr. Fowler’s services include general gynecology, pelvic prolapse, incontinence and pelvic pain, menopause management and high-risk pregnancy.
