LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A new class offered through Baptist Health Community Outreach is designed for expecting mothers seeking a safe and supportive environment to nurture their bodies and bond with their growing babies through gentle movement and mindful exercises.
The free class, Mamas in Motion, focuses on building strength and stamina, relieving common discomforts, and promoting relaxation and stress reduction. Monthly sessions will be held September through December on the first Tuesday of each month from 10 to 11 a.m. at 10117 Kanis Road in Little Rock.
Modifications will be offered throughout to ensure each participant feels comfortable and supported. Join us as we embrace the journey of motherhood through movement and community.
