LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Join Baptist Health Community Outreach this fall for free virtual cook-alongs with Registered Dietitian Samantha Stadter where participants will prepare easy and delicious healthy meals that can be prepared from the comfort of home.
- Thursday, Nov. 9, 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Turkey chili smothered sweet potatoes
- Thursday, Dec. 14, 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Herb roasted chicken with vegetables
Cook-alongs will be hosted over Google Meet. A limited number of free meal kits are available. Pick up your meal kit one day before the cook-along at the Baptist Health Community Outreach Office, 10117 Kanis Road in Little Rock.
