LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – This holiday season, Baptist Health Community Outreach invites Arkansans to participate in the free Maintain, Don’t Gain Challenge, designed to empower individuals to maintain or even achieve weight loss goals during a time often associated with holiday weight gain.
The six-week challenge runs from Monday, Nov. 24, to Monday, Jan. 5, 2026. Registration is open until Wednesday, Nov. 19.
Participants will track their weight and set personal goals each Monday, and receive weekly emails with healthy living tips, including:
- Healthy recipes to navigate holiday meals
- Practical physical activity suggestions suitable for different fitness levels
- Effective stress management techniques to cope with holiday pressures
- Consistent encouragement to stay motivated throughout the challenge
Each Monday, one participant who submits their weight will be randomly selected for a door prize. Everyone who completes the program will receive a healthy living goodie bag.
