Trauma

Orthopedic trauma care is needed when an injury or traumatic event affects the bones, joints or soft tissues. They can happen for a number of different reasons, such as a fall, sports-related activity, or other high-impact event. The injury can be as simple as an isolated fracture to a severe life threatening accident with multiple broken bones and internal injuries.  Serious orthopedic fractures and injuries often require both immediate and follow-up care.
