UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center Referrals

UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center offers a streamlined referral process to ensure timely access to care for cancer patients.

Baptist Health providers can submit referrals electronically via Epic to maintain continuity of patient care with patients or fax a referral order directly to (501) 202-4755

Providers outside the Baptist Health system can fax a referral order directly to (501) 202-4755.

UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center also accommodates self-referrals, especially for patients seeking second opinions. These patients can initiate the process by contacting our clinic at (501) 202-4715, and our staff will efficiently create the referral in Epic. Once a referral is in our system, our schedulers promptly contact the patient to arrange an appointment.

UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center is committed to rapid access; we strive to schedule appointments for cancer patients within days, not weeks. Hematology patients are typically scheduled within one to two weeks, and while we endeavor to accommodate them sooner if possible, cancer patients receive top priority.
