Patient and Family Advisory Council

We would like to enhance our patients’ experience by focusing on healthcare through the eyes of others. To do that, we’ve established the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).

The rewards of participating on the PFAC will be many, from meeting new friends to hearing the voice of others, and making an impact on the care of the Baptist Health patients.

It’s your opportunity to make a difference and to celebrate hope and healing!!

We are looking for patients and family members who can:

  • Participate in PFAC meetings four times a year (approx. 2 hours each meeting).
  • Speak up and share their experiences and perspectives in constructive ways.
  • Identify and address patient and family needs in all aspects during their visits to the clinic.
  • Work in partnership with the clinic staff to continuously improve overall quality, safety, and patient experience.

If you are interested in becoming an advisor and making an impact on the care of the Baptist Health patients, contact Suzanne Graves, PFAC Facilitator, at (501) 812-7591.
