Our Institute coordinators work with our patients one-on-one to help guide patients and their families every step of the way through the evaluation and treatment process. At the Institute, patients meet with a team of cardiac experts who will perform a comprehensive evaluation to determine a customized treatment plan for each person’s condition. Many times, this testing can be performed at the Institute or by the physician referring you to the Institute. Once all the necessary evaluations are completed, our team discusses potential treatment options with each patient and their families. Care plans for patients evaluated in the Institute are coordinated with the referring physicians to ensure a smooth transition process.
