Visiting Hours

To accommodate patients’ needs for rest and recuperation, Baptist Health has set up schedules of visiting hours in each hospital. If you have questions about visiting hours schedules, check with the patient’s nurse or the guest representative for that area.

Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock

Regular
8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (children 6 to 8 p.m.; under 12 must be accompanied by adult)

Maternity
Visiting hours are open.

Intensive and Critical Care Areas
In the interest of the patient's comfort and safety, the number of visitors in intensive and critical care areas should be limited to no more than two at a time. Visitors who have colds or other infections should stay at home until they are well. If you have questions about visiting hours schedules, check with the patient’s nurse or the guest representative for that area.

Surgery/Trauma Intensive Care Unit (SICU)
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (no children under age 14)
Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (no children under age 14)
Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (no children under age 14)
Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Intensive Care Unit-South (ICU-South)
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (no children under age 14)
Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute

Regular 
Because therapy sessions may be taking place any time between 7-11:30 am and 1-5 pm, we suggest that visitors contact the nurses' station to inquire what times the patient is free before planning a visit. The staff at the nurses' station will consult that day's schedule to suggest appropriate times for visiting.

Baptist Health Medical Center-Arkadelphia

Visiting hours are open. However, after hours, enter through the outpatient/emergency department.
 
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Visitors who have colds or other infections should stay at home until they are well. Visiting hours are open hours. However only one visitor allowed after 9 pm.
