ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Baptist Health Community Outreach invites the community to a free six-week course focused on sharing healthy eating tips and tools for families. It is designed to promote good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease.
Classes will be on Tuesdays from March 14 to April 18 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Community Family Enrichment Center, 301 N. 23rd St. in Arkadelphia.
In each class, participants will prepare an easy and delicious kid-friendly recipe. Participants will go home with a fresh bag of groceries to try the recipe at home, and those who complete the program will receive a special healthy lifestyle prize.
