Baptist Health Community Outreach to Address Hypertension, Diabetes & Women’s Health During Virtual Classes

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Focused on helping Arkansans lead healthy and happy lives, Baptist Health Community Outreach will again offer a variety of free virtual education classes in August.

The following virtual courses can be accessed through Google Meet. Specific links to join each class are available by visiting baptist-health.com/community-outreach.

  • Hypertension 101 on Wednesday, Aug. 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Cesarean Birth on Thursday, Aug. 12, from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Hypertension 101 on Wednesday, Aug. 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Postpartum 101 on Thursday, Aug. 26, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Diabetes Support Group on Thursday, Aug. 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
