Meal Prepping Made Easy with Lindsey Green

Lindsey Green, Mom & Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

If you’re a busy parent, or anyone else short on time, you may find it difficult to get a healthy dinner on the table each night. I understand the struggle of not only trying to create nutritious meals your family will eat, but doing so when you’re crunched for time.

I’m Lindsey Green, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wife and mother of 2, and I’m here to help take the frustration out of mealtimes. I know that meal planning and prep can be hard. However, when we don’t have a plan, then we have a problem that is very easily solved with a trip to the drive-thru.

That’s why I’ve created this 4-week Meal Prep Series. It’s designed to show you the meal planning and prepping process from start to finish, with nutrition education and meal prep tips sprinkled in along the way.

We will start small and learn the benefits of meal prepping and how to get started. Then, each week our content and number of recipes will expand to include different types of meal prepping so you can find what works best for you. And if you’re wondering if you have to be a chef to follow along…think again!

These meal plans are designed with every skill level in mind, and no fancy kitchen tools or ingredients are needed. Each week we will dedicate an hour or so of time that will set us up for healthy eating success throughout the week.

With the easy-to-follow recipes and grocery lists at your fingertips, you’ll be armed and ready to tackle each week with confidence. So, if you’re ready to simplify mealtime, and avoid the dreaded “what’s for dinner” question, then I look forward to having you join me!

Each week for the next four weeks, we’ll add a new video right here on this page, along with a link to that week’s recipes and grocery list for easy shopping.
