UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center in North Little Rock, AR, welcomes you to our practice. Once you have made your initial appointment, please read through the information below to help streamline your visit with us.
What can I expect at my first visit?
Our office is conveniently located on the campus.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a clinic coordinator. They will help ensure you have completed any necessary patient forms and that we have the needed copies of your insurance card and driver’s license for verification. Once your insurance is verified, the clinic coordinator will collect a copayment at this time, if applicable.
What should I bring?
When you first arrive at our office, please check-in at the front desk and bring the following items with you:
- Driver’s license or photo ID
- Health insurance card
- List of current medications
- Referral form(s)
- Imaging (x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc.) for this condition

From Interstate 630 E: Head east on I-630 E. Use any lane to take exit 139A-139 to merge onto I-40 E/US-167 N/US-67 N toward Jacksonville/Memphis. Use the right lane to keep right at the fork and continue on I-40 E. Take exit 156 for Springhill Dr. toward Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock.
From Interstate 40 E: Head southeast on I-40 E. Keep left to stay on I-40 E and follow the signs for Memphis. Use the right lane to keep right at the fork and stay on I-40 E. Take exit 156 for Springhill Dr. toward Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock.
