The Baptist Health Heart Institute Satellite Clinic in Heber Springs is staffed with board-certified cardiologists Charles R. Caldwell, MD, FACC, and Dwight Chrisman, MD, FACC.

Dr. Caldwell is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the Society of Cardiovascular CT, and the Arkansas Medical Society. His clinical interests are nuclear cardiology, cardiac and peripheral arterial CT, invasive diagnostic angiography with radial and femoral approach, echocardiography, clinical cardiology, and preventive cardiology.

Dr. Chrisman was the first cardiologist in Arkansas to provide carotid artery stenting and is a member of the Baptist Health-Little Rock steering committee to provide faster treatment for acute heart attack patients. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and holds memberships in the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and American Society of Cardiovascular Tomography.
