I have been fortunate to be a part of one of the most intriguing fields in all of medicine during a time of dynamic growth in both the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
A native of Little Rock, Dr. Davis earned his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences after completing work on his bachelor’s degree in biology at Baylor University. His postgraduate work included a residency at UAMS and a fellowship in cardiology at the Texas Heart Institute/St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, where he was chief cardiology fellow.
Dr. Davis’ special areas of interest are coronary and peripheral vascular diagnostics and interventions and nuclear cardiology.
Prior to joining Arkansas Cardiology, Dr. Davis held appointments at the Northwest Medical Center in Houston, Columbia Gulf Coast Medical Center in Wharton, Texas, and Columbia Spring Branch Medical Center in Houston.
Dr. Davis and his wife, Shannon, have four children.
