Karen Elaine Thrift, FNP-BC, APRN, CDE, is board certified in advanced diabetes management through the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. The certification showcases her expertise in providing those with diabetes in the River Valley access to high-quality care. Elaine is able to help those with diabetes, pre-diabetes and cardio-metabolic conditions. Her services include:

• Treatment and monitoring of acute and chronic complications and other comorbidities
• Lifestyle modification counseling
